Effective date: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Home Maintenance 360 collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through the Home Maintenance 360 website and linked services. Additional notices may appear when you register for or use the application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide, including name, email address, contact details, messages, account details, property information, home-system details, maintenance records, professional-profile information, service areas, licenses or insurance documents, and information submitted in forms or requests.

We may also collect device, browser, IP-address, cookie, analytics, approximate-location, referral-source, and usage information when you interact with the website. Payment providers may process payment information under their own privacy policies; Home Maintenance 360 may receive transaction identifiers and status information rather than full payment-card details.

2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, from participating service professionals, and from service providers that support website hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, security, payments, and related operations.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to operate and secure the website; create and manage accounts; generate and display maintenance-planning information; provide reminders and requested features; respond to inquiries; facilitate requested connections with participating professionals; process transactions; personalize and improve services; prevent fraud and misuse; enforce terms; comply with law; and protect users, professionals, Home Maintenance 360, and others.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose information to vendors that process information on our behalf; participating professionals when a user requests or initiates a connection; payment, communications, analytics, hosting, authentication, and security providers; authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; and other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

Service providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We do not sell homeowner personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly; eligible users may exercise applicable opt-out rights through the Contact Us page.

5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The website and its providers may use essential, preference, security, performance, and analytics cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings and any available cookie controls may limit certain technologies, although some website features may not function properly. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

6. RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by the information and context. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information; to opt out of certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or to appeal a denied request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Submit a privacy request through the Contact Us page at https://www.homemaintenance360.com/contact-us. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed by law, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE INFORMATION

Information a service professional submits for a public or shared profile may be visible to users, including business name, contact details, trade categories, service areas, and available verification status. Do not submit information that should not be displayed or shared for the requested purpose.

10. CHILDREN

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through the Contact Us page.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Links to or integrations with third-party services are governed by those parties’ privacy policies and practices. Home Maintenance 360 does not control their independent processing.

12. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
